Pheww. . .This week's show was AMZNG. It's funny because this whole job originally consisted of one look, yet 2 other main designers(Jerrel Scott & Mila Hermanovski) couldn't imagine why I wasn't walking or wearing their pieces. So needless to say they quickly put me in. Going from big hair to a simpler look was almost a disaster backstage. >_< But, all was forgiven when I found out I would be escorted in the finale by a HOTHOTHOTTIE!! Only things missing were my my other halfs , jay and ven . :(

Designing has become a night time hobby for me other than watching foreign porn. It really balances my insomnia out. Being tired and designing brings you all these spectacular ideas (in my eyes atleast). The art of making something out of nothing. A lot of transparent is getting a hold of me. Just wait and you shall see.

It was the first day of another 365-day journey around the sun. Its Dev's birthday tradition to have a friend design her birthday outfit every year. Last year I designed this shredded tee for this festivity. Photo below

A shoot that I've done with talented photographer, Marcus Dumouchel, mid June. These are pretty much proofs. He hasn't sent me photos of the other looks just yet due to personal issues.
I worked the shoes around this outfit but too bad the photos are in black & white. The look is very Summer-esque, a splash of color but mostly all in white.
Nothing better than running around town looking like a baller.
I'm tired, delusional and I feel like I'm rambling on and on. Yoga then bed.

Nothing too serious. Jst a bit of experience for her own good. The show was held at the B Store on Melrose Thursday night. A couple friends came out to support with a couple glasses of wine.
Out of all seven looks she worked, this is probably one of my favorites. The heels reminded me of the Gee Wa Wa lobster claws.
Overall it was a crazy night, getting kicked out of bars back to back in Hollywood.
(5X grey tee, Grey Ant shades, black ban bracelets D.I.Y, vintage floral tie used as a belt) What inspired me to get a shirt the size of whale was my time spent in Venice at school. All the "gangsters" tend to wear these oversized Pro Clubs. I can't even lie, I've had my share but never this big. I cut the sleeve off to give it more of an edge and wore this out to the Abbot Kinney festival in Venice. So appropriate, right? The sleeve I cut out has a huge hole so I can literally stick my whole hand in there with no strain, and better yet another whole body. This shirt is going to come in handy. You have no idea!
I came to realization that my most recent posts have been about school. Yes, it's going to be a stressful year with a load of schoolwork. I'm so ready though. Enrolling into schools and applying for jobs have been the story of my life lately. It's literally 100 degrees in LA and quite frankly I don't know what to do with my homework. My thought process isn't really accurate in heat apparently, and also trying to maintain eligible handwriting. FUCK MY LIFE
I'm pretty bored right now at school. This is what I tend to do with my spare time. Just hoping the girl behind me doesn't turn around. How disappointing right?

All I've really been listening to lately.
Needless to say this collection by Mary Katrantzou makes me want to fine dine with a dime. I'm literally at the edge of my seat right now. So dazzling, artful, but so elementary. Swaths of chiffon fluttered like curtains and hallucinatory depth of the prints mind blow. The colors she tends to use takes me back to Balenciaga Fall 2010 RTW; so refreshing and young. A pelmet created a portrait neckline above a print of a window frame; mini-crinis echoed lampshades with dangling pendants of crystal. Wall sconces were reconfigured as necklaces. "With this collection, I wanted to put the room on the woman, rather than the woman in the room," Katrantzou said after the show. I thank Katrantzou for waking up the rest of the week for me.
This is probably my favorite look over the whole collection. I'm enjoying the muted tassels that delicately pounce while walking. Its so dramatic. I'd love love love to style this on Devanie.

Happy happy Sunday! I'm actually so excited for dark skies that bring along the drought. It's more for a better variety of clothes to pile on. Sunshine and sunlight is always appropriate as well, but who enjoys the feeling of being sweaty and the look of summer apparel.(Shorts, tanks, sandals, etc. BORE!) During the Summer you dress to keep cool which gives a very cliche vibe. The knits, the turtlenecks, metallic and mesh bottoms, the fantasy coats that drape and make lovely shapes over our ever so thin bods. The ability to layer to keep warm but to also look fashion-forward is major! I'm really digging the darker urth tones this season with a splash of neutral strength. Very simple looks that have taken toll of my wardrobe and state of mind this season will have be be these looks below.
(Michael Kors Spring 2011 RTW) So effortless, timeless, and comfortable. If wearing something similar the only thing that matters is the color tones you choose to wear. To give it more of an edge, add detail. Intense collars, asymmetrical button downs, thick knits and rich fabric bottoms are always appropriate.
These comfortable Tibetan knitted sockets have been on my wish list for quite some time. Very reasonable for only $10. Footwear I'd wear while lounging around fersure. I can actually make these into something appetizing. They have potential. The last thing I'm worried about is how I'd wear these about, but how thin the leather sole of the sock is. I know myself and I'd not only wear these around the house but anywhere and almost everywhere. Staying comfortable is KEY.
This nomad faux fur hood speaks for itself. Total D.I.Y. I'm on the hunt.
If only I didn't have a bowl of hair I'd sport this. Obsessed with this over the top fur Cap.
Now these are BEYOND! I'd literally live in these day by day. They remind me of heels used for exotic horses. They're all I ever wanted.

(I just noticed that me and the color Brown work wonderfully together most of the time. I'm attracted to anything and everything brown. My room even has a lot of brown tones to it. Such a lovely color with amazing tones by its side. It looks beautifully on everyone despise your skin colour. I can go on and on about brown. I shall possibly write a book about the color no?)
